This week, Kindergarten started their Catherine Rayner inspired bunny! We did a directed drawing and then the students practiced their watercolor skills to fill in their beautiful little bunnies with color!
Catherine Rayner is an author and illustrator, and writes the cutest children's books!

This project just took the kindergartners one 45 minute class to complete. First, I introduced them to Ms. Rayner, her art, and talked about where she is from. Then, we read the book she wrote titled,
Harris Finds His Feet.
